The aim of the project is to develop thin-layer asphalt concrete mixtures with high operational properties using traditional mineral materials for Latvian conditions, as well including in design HMAC under the thin-layer asphalt concrete to ensure the use of a proposed solution for high-intensity roads and to offer recommendations for necessary changes and updates in “Road specifications” and inclusion of new type of thin-layer asphalt concrete tailored for Latvian conditions.
