Overview
The project aimed to reduce the negative impact of stressors on city public transport drivers.
The methodology of a group anti-stress programme for drivers and individual programme for drivers after traffic accidents was produced. Both methodologies were integrated in the framework of the design of complex anti-stress measures which can be used by public transport companies. Thanks to this, lower participation in traffic accidents leading to safer traffic in urban areas is expected.
