The overall objective of the study is to provide internationally comparable data, indicators and analysis in order to support futher evidence-based policy development on the research profession at European and national level. It is built up on the results of a previous study MORE-I and aims to conduct several surveys and studies on researchers' mobility patterns, career paths and working conditions, to develop internationally comparable indicators and to draft a final report.
