Overview

Objectives:

The project aimed to create new methods for verifying compliance of electronic fare collection, information, management and travel information systems in public transport (OIS in Czech) and their practical validation through the development of functional samples of some specific equipment – HW and SW - that will be integrated into OIS certification workplace (laboratory). Laboratory has been put in pilot operation and immediately applicable for interoperability verification of OIS in the CZ.

Methodology:

- verification of compliance of electronic fare collection, information, management and travel information systems in public transport

- validation through the development of functional samples of some specific equipment – HW and SW

- integration of functional samples into OIS certification workplace (laboratory)

- pilot operation of the laboratory

- application for interoperability verification of OIS in the CZ.
