Background & policy context:
Optimisation of project designing and supervision process, utilization of the state of the art information technologies for project management, evolvement of methods of the system analysis with the emphasis on modelling, analysis and quantification of economic risks, as well as increasing the transparency of utilization of available financial resources.
Objectives:
The aim of the project is to work on and broadening the CASH FLOW analysis methodology in order to create alternatives of transportation projects funding including the private sector in the process of development and operating transportation networks.
