Overview

Objectives:

The TRANSTOOL III project is a major European transport-modelling project, which involve the modelling of passenger and freight on a European scale. The model covers 42 countries as well as world-zones to include traffic to and from Europe.

The TRANSTOOLS III project builds on previous model European model projects; TenConnect and TenConnect 2. The scope of the model involves multi-modal transport modelling between 42 countries.
