Overview

Background & policy context:

Invenia managed an ongoing Eurostars project related to the company's technology to encrypt the information stored and shared via the Internet. It has its basis in research at UiT Norges Arctic university, and the technology has the brand name Ensafer. We were recently awarded patent in the US for this solution, and the corresponding application is currently being processed in Europe.

Objectives:

The Eurostars project ended, and the company now wants to start working on positioning and to prepare itself for a new follow-up EU project and is establishing a necessary partnership.

Methodology:

It is not considered sufficient to use only the Internet for online search, communications, networking and remote meetings - and only some travel activity. Travel support makes it possible to achieve the main goal. The web is however an important addition and support to travel activity.
