Background & policy context:
Based on research project "Demand effects by road and rail through the port HGV Concept 2010" there is the passenger transport model. However, this model has some drawback which shall be improved in order to get accurate transport data.
Objectives:
- Highlighting the range of model results, which can serve as a basis for responding to transport policy issues.
- Checking the plausibility of the model results with existing benchmarks.
- Proof of practicality of the model.
- Understanding concerning quality and transparency of the model.
Methodology:
As a first step the model results is validated.
Than the plausibility of the model results is benchmarked and the model is proofed.
