The aim of this Project is an improved control of wildlife alongside of roads and railways, to avoid wildlife-vehicle collisions. The project contains, aside of an extensive investigation to the status quo, wildlife behavioural studies, physical measurements of wildlife safeguard devices, and also a practical evaluation of optimized and wirelessly interconnected wildlife safeguards at several test sites
