TRIMIS Newsletter

Welcome to the August edition of Transport Research and Innovation Monitoring and Information System (TRIMIS) Newsletter. TRIMIS is an online platform for policy makers and researchers to share and discuss innovation in transport and mobility in Europe.


This month we are pleased to highlight the following projects that are in the TRIMIS database:

 

  • IMPACT – analysing the different cultural behaviours for managing emergency events;
  • SOPHIA – identifying different ‘power-to-gas’ scenarios for technical concept development in the transport sector;
  • e-smartec – an ongoing project that is designed to strengthen the urban dimension of regional and local mobility policymaking;
  • DEWTECOMP – proposing and manufacturing the most suitable and innovative system design for induction welding technology in aviation.


This issue also presents a selection of forthcoming events from the TRIMIS database. Some events will be delivered in an online format due to the ongoing travel restrictions.
