Welcome to the July issue of the Transport Research and Innovation Monitoring and Information System (TRIMIS) Newsletter. TRIMIS is an online platform for researchers to share and discuss innovation in transport and mobility in Europe.

Newsletter highlights this month include two Joint Research Centre (JRC) reports that have been written with support from TRIMIS:

“The future of road transport - Implications of automated, connected, low-carbon and shared mobility”, which looks at the main enablers of the transformation of future road transport and the potential impacts.
Future of Cities Report. The report highlights drivers shaping the urban future, identifying both the key challenges cities will have to address and the strengths they can capitalise on to proactively build their desired futures.
