Overview
This Congress is organised by ITS Congress Association in cooperation with ITS Switzerland, the Swiss Confederation and the Canton of Geneva.
The Congress expects to attract delegates from all over Europe and the Middle East. The programme ranges from the strategic vision to the technical implementation of ITS applications, from research and planning to the operational use of systems and services.
At the exhibition, world-class suppliers will present their latest ITS innovations including advanced vehicle control systems, travel information and traffic management systems, digital mapping, public transport applications, smart card and communication technology.
ITS in Europe 2008 in Geneva will arrange many technical visits to sites with interesting ITS applications in Switzerland as well as in near France. In the international region of Geneva many fascinating historic landmarks and spectacular tourist destinations are at your doorstep.
