Overview
This year's Cities Mission Conference is taking place on Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 June with the theme: "Empowering Cities – the Climate Neutral and Smart Cities Mission in Action". It is due to take place in Valencia, Spain, as part of the Valencia European Green Capital.
The conference will gather together representatives from the Mission Platform, EU institutions, national and regional authorities, and all 112 Mission Cities, to discuss the journey towards climate neutrality in cities.
The conference sessions and workshops will address the Mission's main challenges as well as practical aspects and strategies for the implementation of Climate City Contracts. The event will also provide an opportunity for knowledge sharing, capacity building, and celebrating achievements so far.
