Overview
The programme aims to promote awareness, enhance competitiveness and greater use of intellectual property protection toolkit to ensure domestic enterprises and research institutions about its functioning of the market and R & D & I activity funds.
The increase of foreign industrial property applications and number of granted protections associated with it in the future caused the enterprises intellectual property exploration, evaluation and systematic distinction, and thus it is possible to create intellectual property portfolio by sectors, and they are strengthening their competitiveness.
The proposals aim at new research into protection and maintenance of intellectual property, valuation activities for individuals and businesses in the Central Hungary region or industrial property protection of intellectual property of institutions supported by the programmes of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office.
The range of targets eligible for the competition:
inventions, plant varieties, utility models, designs in terms of domestic and / or foreign activities protected industrial property acquisition, maintenance-related;
initiation of national proceedings under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT);
European patent Treaty;
activities related to intellectual property valuation.
In order to achieve the objectives of the proposal NKFI Office charged the National Research, Development and Innovation Fund provided a total of HUF 300 million for the period 2015-2016, of which the 2015 payments available source of HUF 200 million.
A non-refundable grant per applicant between 0.6 to 7.1 million forints has been available, the extent of available resources. The rate of support for all eligible costs 100% that is the maximum aid intensity.
