Overview

Objectives:

The main purpose of the project is to create an active safety system with object spatial localization in vehicle front end area and between vehicles including optical and acoustic signalization. The system will be designed according the Directive 2004/49/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (Railway Safety Directive) and Commission Regulation (EC) No 352/2009 on the adoption of a common safety method on risk evaluation and assessment according functional safety principles with required safety integrity level (SIL). Product will be worked individually or also as an integral part of railway vehicle control system with automatic approach function.
