The objective of the project is to analyse the methodology, legal regulations and soft-laws in the transport and transport infrastructure construction sectors by use of:

1. implementation and monitoring of measures and indicators set out in the Strategic Framework for Sustainable Development in the Czech Republic (SDS) for transport sector
2. monitoring of the impact of transport on human health and environment 
3. mitigation of impacts in transport planning, control and enforcement at the regional scale (urban planning)
4. mitigation of impacts from existing infrastructures to alleviate the burden on health and environment
5. design and verification of complex methods and tools for quantification of externalities from transportation modes.
