Background & Policy context
AERO 2K will establish a new inventory of aircraft emissions of pollutants (CO2, NOx, NMHCs, CO) important for aviation impacts on climate change.
Objectives
Develop and improve methodologies and analytical tools that will facilitate novel and improved evaluations of emissions of aircraft on the global atmosphere by the establishment of a new European database of global aircraft emission by priority pollutants.
