Transport and Transit Development Strategy for specified major Lithuanian transport sector - transport infrastructure is missing. Therefore this work is aimed at the technical level closer to EU transport standards and technical level to ensure proper interaction with the mainland of Europe (through Polish territory). Transport infrastructure shall be granted a high-quality level of service, thus promoting the transit through the territory of Lithuania growth.
